The Geisha | Die Geisha

Hey everybody, this is a painting I've done for my graduation last year, how do you like it? The woman on it is a Geisha, a traditional Japanese singer, dancer and entertainer. I basically got inspired by the book "Memoirs of a Geisha" by Arthur Golden, a novel I enjoyed so much that the topic stuck with me for quite a while. I just deeply fell in love with kimonos and the Geisha's famous grace that made them legendary, even overseas.
